"I had the privilege of working with Val to improve my skating stride through my minor hockey, and junior hockey days. I continued to work with power skating coaches throughout my pro career, as most players do. What I learned was, Val had developed a proper stride and a great base for me to continue to work with at my later ages. As the game continues to get quicker and quicker, power skating becomes even more essential. I can't recommend a better skating coach or person than Val. I would never have fulfilled my dream if not for Val's help."

I would recommend Val to individual players , Elite hockey programs and teams. Val sessions were some of the best my boys have been part of and she very quickly humbled them with the focus on the fine details of skating. I will be getting her to work in Okotoks again for sure.
