Session Info

Specialized Powerskating lessons for hockey and ringette players who have experience. This is not for beginners. Full equipment and stick are required. We will work in progressions building all skills, strengthening forward and backward stride, all stops, several turn techniques, fast starts, forward and backward crossovers. Balance and agility skills are included.

    These sessions are restricted in size 30.

  • How do I pay?

    Use the registration link on this page. 

  • Do you offer any discounts?

    For families that are registering 3 or more participants for sessions, a 10% discount will apply to the normal fee.


  • Will I need full equipment and stick?

    Yes, all of our sessions will require you to wear your hockey or ringette equipment. A stick is also required.
